We are currently recruiting for a Toolmaker on behalf of our client, a well-established, family-owned business specialising in the production of custom-made plastic profiles. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company renowned for its innovative solutions and dedication to quality.
The Role:
As a Toolmaker, you will be a vital part of the production team, responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to deliver precision-engineered components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient operation of Sodick wire eroding machines.
- Use of manual Bridgeport machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Supporting the team in ensuring smooth production processes and troubleshooting as needed.
- Demonstrable experience with wire eroding machines (Sodick preferred).
- Proficiency in using manual Bridgeport machines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and technical expertise.
- Competitive salary of 30,000 - 40,000, depending on experience.
- Daytime hours with an early finish on Friday.
- Can be flexible on start/finish times and days worked (i.e. part time/condensed hours)
