Your new role

Hays Education are looking for cover supervisors in the Stratford-Upon-Avon area. As part of your role, you will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff. You will need to have good behaviour management skills, appropriately dealing with issues and queries posed by students. The schools' policies and procedures will need to be adhered to, upholding teaching, and safeguarding standards.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experience working within a secondary school and have confidence in delivering lesson plans to KS3 and KS4 students. The ability to manage groups of 20-30 students and effectively manage challenging behaviour. A team player attitude, with the ability to build good relationships.
