Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for your next step? Would you like to work for a nationally-recognised organisation, as part of a friendly and supportive team? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful applicant will provide advice and guidance on various payroll-and-related queries, supporting team members and line managers.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Providing advice to staff members on payroll and HR-related queries, including queries regarding tax codes and deductions, holiday accrual and sickness
  • Advising managers and team leaders on company policy relating to payroll and HR
  • Providing pension advice and guidance
  • Other payroll and HR advisory and administrative duties as required

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within payroll, ideally in addition to general HR advisory experience. Candidates must have outstanding organisation, communication and listening skills; being eager to provide support and advice to colleagues.
