KS1 Teacher

Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 Teacher for full-time, day-to-day supply work across a range of schools in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who is confident delivering the KS1 curriculum and enjoys the variety of working in different school environments.Key Responsibilities:Teaching Key Stage 1 pupils in a range of schools on a day-to-day basisDelivering engaging lessons and adapting plans to suit the needs of each schoolMaintaining excellent classroom management and promoting positive behaviourAssessing and monitoring pupil progress in line with school guidelinesCollaborating with staff and following each school's policies and proceduresEssential Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)UK teaching experience across Key Stage 1Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneStrong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students and staffFlexibility to adapt quickly to different school environmentsDesirable:Experience working across multiple schoolsA solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and differentiated learningInterviews:Interviews are being held now with Ellie from Aspire People.
