Your new roleYour new job as a year 3 teacher, will be working on a full-time basis for the spring term. You will be required to take on full class responsibility including planning, preparation and marking. The role will include paid PPA time and potentially could continue after the Easter holidays until July 2025. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this new job, you must be able to teach and develop a class of pupils, recognising their educational needs and achieving their highest potential in a broad range of subjects through an enriched curriculum. You must be able to create an environment that is safe and secure and the safeguarding and welfare of children are at the forefront of everything you do. Although this post is only initially for 1 term, they do want someone who is going to fully immerse themselves in to school life.
