Our client prides themselves on their deep local knowledge, commitment to excellence, and a personalised approach that sets them apart in the industry.Role Overview:As a Sales Lister, you will be instrumental in driving property listings and sales, ensuring clients receive unparalleled service. Your primary focus will be to generate new business, conduct Market Appraisals of clients homes and bring them to market,  manage client relationships, and oversee the sales process from initial contact through to completion. You will also be compensated for selling properties in addition to listing.Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Appraisals & Valuations: Conduct accurate and professional property appraisals, providing clients with realistic and competitive market prices.
  • Business Generation: Proactively market, canvass, and prospect for new property listings to expand the agency's portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and regular updates throughout the sales process.
  • Property Listings: Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including photographs and descriptions, to effectively showcase properties.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local property market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant property laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Lister or in a similar role within the estate agency sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local property market in Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Licence: Full UK driving licence.
