A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager with immediate effect.
Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who specialise in Commercial Build projects across the UK, over multiple sectors. This project is being built by the Living Space division, or more specifically within the Student Accommodation sector that equates to around 75% of the business.
Whilst working in this role, you will head upthe Operational elements ofthe below project, whilst reporting into a roaming Director.
- Project Manager / Lead
- 105M New Build Student Accommodation
- Includes Basement, RC Frame, PCC panels etc.
- End product consists of an Academy of Excellence, PBSA, and Amenity areas over 36 storeys.
You will have good Main Contractor experience across high rise developmentsand relevant degree level qualifications. Additional sector experience within Student Accommodation would obviously be of benefit.
My client are happy to considerindividuals based across the UK, as accommodation / expenses etc will be provided if staying away from home.
