QUANTITY SURVEYOR

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading Tier 1 Contractor, who have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a 6-9 month contract on a project in Startford, East London.

The project for this position is a £40m new build of a 60 unit block of flats, in addition to retail space on the ground floor and a car park. You will be site based full time and report directly into the Lead Quantity Surveyor.

Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will be cost management, price variations and subcontractor accounts. It would be highly beneficial to have worked on new build residential schemes previously.

This role will suit Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, and main contractor building experience.
