  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers.
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
  • Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions

About the Person:

To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • Have experience of managing your own caseload.
  • Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations.
  • Be organised and process driven.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
  • Committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  • Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
