Sales and Service Advisor Needed in Stratford upon Avon area

Basic salary fully negotiable depending on experience
OTE circa 34,000 (uncapped)

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales and Service Advisor with a passion for performance cars and vehicle remapping/modifications in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with a company that values its employees and offers excellent benefits.

You'll work within the retail sales team at an independent performance and restoration specialist, providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of a busy workshop. A strong understanding of automotive parts and performance enhancements, along with excellent sales, organisational and communication skills, is essential.

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota

What you'll be doing as a Sales and Service Advisor with our Client:

Providing excellent customer service to clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
Sales of performance upgrades and vehicle remapping services
Booking appointments, managing the workshop diary, and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating technicians and ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete work in a timely fashion
Liaising with clients and keeping them informed of the progress of their vehicle

What's required from you? Our client expects from their Sales and Service Advisor:

Amazing technical knowledge and agood understanding of automotive parts and servicing
A passion for performance/modification & remapping vehicle enhancements
Able to work within a small team reporting to the Service Team Leader
Strong organisational, administration and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
