I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Vehicle Design Bespoke Programme Lead to join their team
Job Description
As Programme Lead, your main responsibilities include:
- Driving programme delivery, from concept to production
- Cross- functional collaboration, across multiple teams
- Ensure all activities are in-line and delivered on time
- Ensure activities are based on Agile Ways of Working
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Experienced at planning, monitoring and delivering, programmes and projects
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Risk, issues and impediments management skillset
- Change management experience
- Proven record of implementing process improvements
