We're searching for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant restaurant situated within a modern 4-star hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing management team as we expand our unique dining experience.

About the Role:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead our bustling independent restaurant, founded by a multi-award-winning Chef & Restaurateur. Embracing a "field to fork" philosophy, the restaurant presents contemporary British cuisine with a traditional touch in a warm and inviting setting.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee a team to ensure outstanding customer service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service
* Manage daily operations, including recruitment, staff engagement, training, and development
* Ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in a relaxed, high-quality environment

* Prior experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, with strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality excellence
