Key Requirements:

B2B Knowledge: Preferably with experience in the telecoms industry.

Role Overview:
As an Account Engagement Manager, you will:
Engage with Clients: Reach out to existing (70%) and new (30%) customers, arranging meetings for BDMs and account
managers.
Coordinate Meetings: Qualify and book meetings, ensuring the field sales team is fully equipped.
Lead Campaigns: Manage targeted campaigns, with a focus on ISDN/PSTN decommissioning.
Expand Opportunities: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Educate Clients: Provide customers with information on the full range of services post-acquisition.
Support Administration: Assist with meeting setup, daily tasks, and administrative support for the field sales team.
Whitespace Management:
Maintain Data Accuracy: Ensure client information is up-to-date, including addresses, registration details, and service records.
Identify New Opportunities: Recognise and act on potential opportunities within our existing customer base.

Performance-Based Rewards:
Successful generation of new or existing opportunities that lead to closed deals will be rewarded with a commission.
