**£30-35K Basic, plus OTE £45K**

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our successful and established team.

What we need from you:
  • 2 years minimum sales experience, ideally in the Commercial and Residential Solar industry working with brands such as SolarEdge & Tesla applications are also welcome from other similar industries and compatible technical sales
  • High-level communication skills (essential)
  • A high level of numeracy and a comprehensive understanding of monetary values along with the ability to apply them on a day-to-day basis whilst customer-facing
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • You must be self-motivated, hardworking, and conscientious
  • A driving licence would be handy

What the role involves:

You will be provided with fully qualified inquiries to then engage with the client to discuss their requirements in the comfort of their own homes. You will offer them market-leading technologies as well as working on their pop-up community events.
  • Guiding, advising, and selling to homeowners the benefits of Solar PV Home Battery Systems
  • Covering the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas


Salary/hours: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year, plus commission OTE £45K. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
