Customer Account Manager
This is a full-time position working from our Head Office for 2 or 3 days each week and remotely (home based) for the remainder. This is based on a 37.5 hour working week; Monday to Friday. (AFTER TRAINING)
Salary - 24,412.50
BASED IN STRATFORD UPON-AVON
DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Customer contact primarily by telephone - inbound and outbound.
- Payment negotiation / Arrangement set up by agreement.
- Script use (calls are audited and scored on a weekly basis).
- Documenting account discussions and action.
- Dispute resolution.
- Social and Communication awareness on call handling.
ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people,both orally and written.
- Previous experience in debt negotiation/collection, customer service and conflict resolution isdesirable however not essential.
