We are seeking a Trainee Examiner/Surveyor to join our structural inspection team. You will be instrumental in conducting detailed inspections and testing of civil infrastructure while developing expertise in various access disciplines.

This environment provides excellent training opportunities and requires someone eager to learn and develop technical skills in challenging access scenarios.

Requires:

- Full, clean UK driving licence

- IT literacy with Microsoft Office

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing medicals (including Drug and Alcohol tests)

- Physical fitness suitable for various access methods

- Willingness to undertake specialized access training

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting inspections and testing on civil infrastructure including bridges, buildings, retaining walls, and towers

- Support inspection activities across multiple sectors including rail, highways, and defence

- Assist Inspection Engineers with report preparation and submission

- Follow safe working procedures and systems

- Complete required examinations for competency development

- Monitor and report equipment maintenance needs

- Report any accidents, incidents, or near misses promptly
