Here at GXO we’re looking to recruit full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative to join our Volvo team based in Stratford Upon Avon. You’ll be required to work 40 hours per week on a Monday - Friday, on a rotational shift pattern covering the hours of 07:00-15:00 and 09:00-17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Safely and accurately tipping and loading vehicles for customer orders
Picking and packing reworks accurately as required in line with the KPI tracker
Using mechanical lifting equipment as required (training will be provided)
Sorting and repairing various automotive packaging types including pallets

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Prior experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
Counterbalance license is desirable but not essential
Good levels of communication, both written and verbal
To be able to work cohesively and well with other
