Staffing Match is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team at a prominent industrial site in Wellesbourne. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the warehouse, including tasks such as labelling stock and supporting various warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Operative:

Stock Labelling: Accurately label stock to ensure proper identification and tracking within the warehouse.
General Warehouse Duties: Perform various warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading materials as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse processes.

Essential Requirements as Warehouse Operative:

Warehouse Experience: While some relevant warehouse experience is preferred, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.
