I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Project Management Specialist to join their team
Job Description
As Technical Project Management Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
- Responsible for value-driven delivery of continuous improvement projects
- Required to lead and/or support the delivery of key transformation projects and technology advancements
- Guide teams on their aspiration setting and roadmap generation, coordinating team setup and efficiencies, and driving the delivery of the work streams
- Support and lead operational activities, including agile ceremonies, change & engagement activities and project monitoring.
- Opportunity to co-lead the coordination of projects
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Extensive years automotive experience
- Experience of automotive programme delivery process
- Experience of influencing teams and programme managing projects, for a defined outcome
- Experience of working within an AGILE framework.
