The Workshop Administrator shall have the responsibility for daily administration duties required by the Workshop:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & maintaining service schedules of all plant and HGVs within our fleet
  • Communicate with workshop personnel on outstanding works
  • Process internal plant / HGV hire contracts and invoicing
  • Monitor & maintain calibrated tooling & equipment
  • Filing and organisation of office documentation

Person Specification

  • Good organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft office packages
  • Computer literate
  • Must have driving licence and transport due to location of our offices
