As the company expand their operations, they are looking for a Buildings Manager to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in their continued success.

Position Overview:

As the Buildings Manager, you will oversee all aspects of their building projects across the South West, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with a surveyor and project manager to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise building extension projects from conception to completion.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and surveyors to coordinate on-site activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ultraframe products and their application in projects.
