ARC is recruiting for minibus drivers in the Lichfield area.
Job Role:
ARC is looking for minibus drivers to taxi workers between their home addresses (in the local area) & the work site. This will be a planned route with specific stops.
Shifts are 03:00 to 12:00 / 12:00 to 21:00 (Finish time can vary slightly due to traffic ect..)
A theory and practical assessment/induction will be conducted on your first day.
Rates:
Basic - £12.49ph
Overtime - £19.41ph (After 48hrs)
Unsocial hours - +£2ph on top of rate (22:00 - 06:00)
Saturday - £14.50ph
Sunday - £15.50ph
If 48hrs has been reached then the higher O/T rate will be paid in place of the weekend rates.
All holiday pay can be rolled in to any rate meaning and increase in hourly rate of 12.07%
Job Requirements:
Cat D1 or D licence (Cat D1 must have no restrictions)
Minimum of 1 year minibus driving experience
Good attitude towards work
Strong sense of personal hygiene
Smart casual dress code
Sensible footwear
