Our client based near Leominster are looking for Administrator for 6 weeks Project Assignment.

Hours:
4:00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break. (32.5 hours per week)
Duties include:
- Processing and verifying internal data, cross-checking information for consistency and accuracy
- Accurately inputting and maintaining data into internal systems
- Compiles information; formats, prepares and distributes reports / updates as required.
- Provides confidential administrative support, gathering routine information and maintaining confidential files.
- Provides backup support to other administrative staff, special project support and other duties as assigned.

- Filing tasks
- Typing tasks
Key skills:
- Secretarial/administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and adept as using database systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to exercise judgment in handling confidential/sensitive information.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong team player always willing to put the work, time and effort required to get the job done.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Task-oriented with high sense of urgency.
