Job Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all quantity surveying functions, including cost management, valuations, and final accounts.
- Establish, implement, and improve internal processes for project delivery and cost control.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability while maintaining our commitment to transparency and quality.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost management.
- Self-motivated and confident in implementing processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ambition to grow into senior leadership roles.
