As a Financial Controller, you will:
- Lead & develop the finance team alongside the Finance Director
- Provide financial insights to ensure long-term financial stability
- Take the lead on the budgeting process, building relationships with heads of departments
- Prepare cashflow forecasts
- Accurately record all financial transactions
- Oversee annual audits, liaising with auditors where necessary
To be successful as a Financial Controller, you will:
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Have proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Be analytical in your approach
- Independent school experience would be advantageous, however, not essential
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £58,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position.
