Our forward-thinking, successful client in Minchinhampton, Stroud is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join their lovely team dealing with a range of clients including high-end clientele.

This is great opportunity to work within a small but dedicated team within a company that can be flexible for their employees, including potential early finishes, social events and more. This business also has free, on-site parking and provides breakfast for their employees on Fridays!

Main Duties:

- Answering incoming calls.

- Liaising with clients to obtain missing documentation.

- Accurate data entry onto various Excel spreadsheets.

- Filing, stationery stock control and ordering of sales brochures.

- Ad hoc support to the Office Manager and the sales advisors.

Key Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communicator.

- Highly organised individual.

- Enthusiastic attitude.

- Confident and friendly telephone manner.

Hours: 31.5 hour working week (Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5pm - early finish Friday at 4pm)

Salary: £14.65ph + free lunch on Fridays!
