Job Title: Production Operative - Night Shift
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
The Role:
- Monitor various production machinery.
- Ensure product quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Cover breaks and deputise for line supervisors and operators as required.
- Minimise wastage of components.
The Person:
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Competent with paperwork systems and basic mathematics.
- Attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
- Counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous.
Hours of Work:
- Sunday: 10:45pm - 6:15am
- Monday to Thursday: 9:45pm - 6:15am
Salary: 24,000 + 30% shift allowance (31,200)
