Working within a settled team, you will either be a junior sous chef looking to step up or a sous chef looking for a new challenge.
With a starting salary of 35k plus tronc of around 4k, while if you are moving to the area we can provide help with deposit and rent for the first month.
Ideally you will have rosette experience or used to working in a high end environment.
