Our growing client near Minchinhampton (Stroud), is a technical consultancy looking to recruit a Entry Level Sales Executive into their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and hardworking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a sales career in the technical industry. Previous sales or technical/IT experience is not a necessary requirement for this role, as the core senior team will be able to train, develop, coach and continually support the individual in this role. In addition to this, you are offered the potential to work on a hybrid basis once settled into the role.

Your main responsibilities will be to identify and qualify new potential customers that could benefit from the services of the company, with the aim to grow the current customer base and end in successful closure of sales deals by the wider team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, phone calls and lead follow-ups.

- Speak with potential customers, asking relevant questions to assess their needs.

- Provide follow up emails/calls with further information as requested by the customer.

- Explaining and demonstrating the features and functions of company services.

- Researching for new leads.

- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.

- Identifying upselling opportunities and offering where relevant.

Hours: 37.5h per week - flexible on start/finish times. Hybrid working flexibility may also be offered once trained and settled, though this is not a guarantee so you must live within a commutable distance to the office.

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
