Project Coordinator

Circa £30,000 DOE

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in project coordination? My client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dedicated Contracts Team. You’ll play a vital role in managing project interfaces between the business and their valued customers, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of critical projects in engineering, manufacturing, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager and project co-ordinate assigned orders
  • Liaise with all internal departments regarding assigned orders, and liaise with customer and/or customer representative
  • Assisting with the creation of project plans
  • Ensure timely order status reporting
  • Improve status reporting format in liaison with Client and business personnel.
  • Assist with monitoring project actual costs against estimates
  • Identify and support process and system improvements
  • Co-ordinate client visits
  • Supporting end month reporting & presentations.

About you:

  • A background in project coordination, sales administration, or document control (experience in engineering, manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRP and Microsoft Projects experience is a bonus
  • Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive under project deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
