Labourer /Electricians Mate (Solar Farms) required to work around the Stroud area.
You must be able to travel up to an hour away.
My client is happy to take on a labourer or electricians mate if you fancy a change of scene and would like to try something different from Domestic jobs. You will be working outside on their Solar Farms - full training will be provided.
Ideally this will be temp/contract/subbing for 3/6 months and then go onto my client's books/payroll as a permanent member?!?!
Job Responsibilities:• Install string cables onto photovoltaic (PV) array tables.• Make off MC4 connectors at panels and combiner boxes.• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards
Skills & Qualifications required:• Valid CSCS card• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Common Sense and reliability, essential.• Full UK driving license.Offers:• £140-160 per day depending on your experience.• Own Vehicle allowance + 45p per mile or Company van and fuel card, when travel required.• Working hours; 7am-5pm with an hour for lunch, Mons-Thurs, 7am-3,4,5pm on Fridays (depending on workload for the week).• Overtime will be paid, 1x3 weekend work with travel expenses, if required.
Further overnight travel may be required occasionally (Travel/hotel expenses covered & £25 lunch voucher upfront provided).
