We are looking for a Assistant Manager to join our friendly team. To be a successful Assistant Manager you will display excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to modify your behaviour to get the best from all the team. You will have prior experience in working in the food and drink industry in a management role, have a hands on style and leading the team to service excellence at all times.

You will be responsible for setting the bar for high standards, good product knowledge, driving sales, controlling costs and will be able to operate our restaurant booking system. You will also be involved in stock management and be a core member of the management team reporting to the General Manager.

Egypt Mill Pub and Hotel is a very popular venue located in the quaint yet bustling town of Nailsworth. It hosts beautiful weddings as well as boasting 30 newly renovated bedrooms. With a lot of character and history, located next to a peaceful Mill Pond, it is a perfect quintessential British location to enjoy fresh food and fantastic wine.
