The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated with a positive "can do" attitudeand can organise both yourself and others within a in a fast-paced environment.

On occasions you may have to travel to other sites within Gloucestershire to support meetings and events, so your own transport is required.

Responsibilities:-Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office-Co-ordinate between departments and ensure that office is operating smoothly-Manage the business insurance calendar, ensuring renewals are managed appropriately -Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary-Liaise with third party providers and Directors to ensure that business needs are served at all times-Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail-Develop office policies and procedures as required by the Directors and implement as required-Manage the meeting room schedule and ensure resources are provided for meetings -Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements-Provide support for team/company events, including researching venues and presenting options -Support travel arrangements and booking for staff social events

Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday
