The Company:
We are working with an innovative Insurance Brokerage located in the Stroud area.
As part of a growing team within a larger group, this is an ideal opportunity to join a supportive environment and learn the industry with room to grow.
The Role:
Focusing on Commercial Insurance, you'll assist in developing new client relationships and supporting the team’s growth efforts in the area.
In this role, you’ll help with new business initiatives to expand the brokerage’s presence and will have the chance to work closely with Account Handlers, helping with client retention and support tasks.
There may also be opportunities to shadow senior team members in face-to-face client meetings, providing hands-on learning in client interactions.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding or initial experience with Commercial Insurance Classes
- Strong IT, communication, and time-management skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Interest in pursuing Cert CII, with study support available
