Job Title: After school club leader
Location: Stroud
Salary: up to 17 per hour!
Contract Type: Long term cover - until July 2025!
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
We are currently looking for an after school club leader to work at a Primary school in Stroud.
The after schoo club leader has over all responsibility for the safety and welfare of the children and staff and the efficient day0today operation of the club.
You must plan and support with the runnings of the actitvites for the children.
This role is working 2:30 - 6pm each day!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure confidentiality at all times.
- To attend meetings and training sessions as appropriate.
- To contribute to the overall ethos, aims and vision of the school.
- To be committed to the school's culture of vigilance to safeguard and protect the welfare of children.
- To report all accidents in the Accident Report Log and ensure that parents are informed of what has happened
Requirements
- Relevant experience working with children within the last 3 years.
- Be flexible and reliable and ready to work!
- Have a DBS on the update service or be happy to complete a DBS application
