Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to recruit for a Fundraising Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As a Fundraising Manager, you will:

  • Develop a robust fundraising strategy for the charity
  • Become the organisational expert for fundraising queries, providing advise and guidance to senior colleagues and trustees
  • Manage income and expenditure budgets, and lead the annual budgeting process
  • Monitor and report monthly on progress towards income targets
  • Research & develop business cases for new income generating activities
  • Ensure ongoing relationships and support is provided to all volunteers as well as ensuring all training and procedures are followed
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure appropriate publicity and marketing materials are in place
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the fundraising team, maintaining an enthusiastic, flexible and engaged staff team

To be successful as a Fundraising Manager, you will:

  • Be experienced in implementing and evaluating all fundraising avenues
  • Have experience in running large scale public appeals
  • Have played a key role in the development of fundraising strategies
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to priorities under pressure, meet strict deadlines and adapt as needs arise
  • Hold up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations and best practice in fundraising

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £38,550. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
