- My client, an Historic Country House Boutique Hotel based on a 3 Acre Country Estate close to the Busy Cotswold Market Town of Stroud, is looking for a TalentedHead Chef to oversee the running of their Award-Winning 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, as well as helping to guide a Passionate Young Brigade to reach their potential.

- As Head Chef at one of the Cotswolds most recognisable Boutique Hotels which regularly attracts Famous Celebrities, Politicians and Business Leaders, its not a stretch to say this is a once-in-career type of opportunity!

- Utilising Outstanding Local Produce which showcases The Best of the Cotswolds,
guests come to this Restaurant to experience Modern British Dishes with Creative and Innovative Twists. As Head Chef here, cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do.

- Working 5 days out of 7 on all straight shifts, youll have the support of an established brigade who combine tremendous talent with a real desire to improve and progress their own careers. Taking a firm interest in their personal development is essential.
