Our clients are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to support their product service and repair planning! They are an independent family ran business, they are currently in an exciting period of growth!

Sales Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team
• Process incoming sales orders and entre them correctly into the system
• Liaise with the logistic and production teams
• Verifying pricing, product availability and shipping details
• Ensure all relationships are maintained with clients and customers
• Deal with customer inquiries, order updates and product information
• Updating CRM systems
• Prepare and create sale reports
• Update customer information on the database
• Schedule meetings
• Assist with preparing and sending invoices to customers
• Chase outstanding payments and keep customer accounts up to date

Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in sales administration or customer service
• Be competent in the use of IT packages such as Microsoft Office including Excel
• Have an excellent phone manner, with experience of working directly with customers
• Have a Full UK License and access to your own transportation (due to location)

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
