As a Fundraising Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Fundraising team with 3 direct reports
  • Oversee the delivery of annual programmes and income generating activities
  • Ensure the team are motivated, well supported and have clear objectives
  • Develop the fundraising messaging
  • Cascade all fundraising developments across the charity, ensuring everyone stays up to date
  • Ensure all supporters are treated with the highest level of care in every communication
  • Devise and use financial reporting tools and KPI's to monitor performance

To be successful as a Fundraising Manager, you will:

  • Have experience of working within the charitable sector, preferably within a fundraising capacity
  • Have proven leadership experience within a similar size organisation
  • Hold a strong knowledge data protection and risk assessing within charities
  • Be confident in liaising with a variety of stakeholders/boards
  • Be able to display excellent written skills

In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £37,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time position, on a 35hours a week, offering on a 12 month contract.
