Role Overview:
As a Workshop Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing workshop jobs and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow operations. You will be responsible for job coordination, data management, communication, and overall office administration.
? Prepare, organise, and maintain workshop documents, spreadsheets, and files.
? Coordinate incoming and outgoing jobs, ensuring deadlines are met.
? Assist in preparing quotations and purchase orders.
? Manage database entries and ensure accurate records.
? Oversee goods in and out, ensuring proper identification and storage.
? Communicate with sites and customers regarding deliveries and job status.
? General office administration, including managing calls, emails, and correspondence.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety procedures.
Salary Package:
- Pro Rata Salary £25,000-£30,000
- 25 hour work week
- Based in Stroud, near Gloucester
? Experience in an administrative or coordination role.
? Strong time management and organisational skills.
? IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
