Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £11.95 - £13.00 per hour DOE
Working Hours: Day Shift, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Mon - Thu), Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:
As a Process Operative - Surface Treatment, you will play a vital role in the Stroud Manufacturing Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing components for surface treatment, including masking, media blasting, and waxing.
- Following detailed process instructions and data sheets to ensure accurate and efficient treatment.
- Recording processing times and outcomes, andmaintaining accurate documentation.
- Promoting a culture of safety and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Surface Treatment department and the organisation as a whole.

- Ability to follow process instructions with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong awareness of the importance of quality.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in a Surface Treatment Operation
- Knowledge of an aerospace processing environment
Technologies:
- Specialised surface treatment equipment and tools (training provided)
