Orion Electrotech is seeking a Mechanical Fitter for a well-established manufacturing company located in Nailsworth, Stroud.
The position offers a competitive salary of £30,500 depending on experience and requires candidates to have a background in hydraulics or pneumatics.
Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 2 PM finish on Fridays.
Key responsibilities include assembling mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components, as well as interpreting manufacturing drawings.

Mechanical Fitter

Salary: £30,500 DOE

Location: Nailsworth, Stroud

Monday – Thursday 7:30-4:30pm with a 2pm finish on a Friday!

Orion Electrotech are working with a well-established manufacturing company that who are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join their amazing team!

Job Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be required to:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components and sub-assemblies.
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.

Experience/Knowledge:

We’re looking for a Mechanical Fitter with the below:

Experience with hand and power tools to fabricate components.
Hydraulics or Pneumatics background.
Mechanically minded
