Contentious Probate Solicitor – Gloucestershire Law firm

A well-established Gloucestershire-based law firm is looking to hire a private client solicitor with at least 3 years' post qualification to manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters.

The Role: 

  • Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Disputes over will validity, testator capacity and estate administration
  • Advising on trust formation, administration and taxation
  • Providing specialist advice for elderly clients

Your Experience:

  • 3+ years PQE, ideally with STEP or SFE qualifications
  • Proven experience with contested wills, inheritance claims
  • Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT, and income tax in estate planning
  • Competence in estate administration, deeds of variation and LPA preparation
