Office Administrator - Stroud£25,000 (Pro Rata) | Temporary

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Office Administrator to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment and administration and wants to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitesRecruitment (50%)
  • Attract and recruit science graduates directly from universities
  • Build relationships with university careers services and attend career fairs
  • Manage the full hiring process—from job ads to interviews and onboarding

Administration (30%)

  • Support the CTO with daily admin tasks like scheduling, emails, and document management
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
  • Provide occasional personal admin support to Directors

Finance Support (20%)

  • Assist with invoices, expenses, and budgets
  • Liaise with external accountants and maintain financial records
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in recruitment, ideally targeting university graduates
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (accounting software experience is a plus)
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred
