Office AdministratorStroud area£25,000Great company!Good benefits and potential???????We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Management Team in daily administrative tasks, with a significant focus on recruiting new consultants directly from universities. This role is integral to maintaining our efficient operations and nurturing our company culture.This vacancy is for an additional role in the business and we anticipate that the roles and responsibilities will evolve over the next year as the company grows. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (50%):

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit recent science graduates from universities
  • Build and maintain relationships with university careers services and attend relevant careers fairs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, interviews, and onboarding

Administrative Support (30%):

  • Assist the CTO by carrying out and owning daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure meeting notes are circulated and next actions carried out
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Offer Support to Directors for personal admin and lift the load during busy times

Accounting Assistance (20%):

  • Support the CTO in managing basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
  • Liaise with external accountants and manage financial records

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably targeting university graduates
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software is a plus
