Project Co-ordinatorTemp | £12.50 - £15.40 p/h
Our client has an exciting opportunity within the Projects group for a Project Co-ordinator with manufacturing, planning and supply chain experience to coordinated projects and provide interface between customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Project co-ordinate assigned orders and liaise with internal departments and customers.
- Provide assistance with creation of project plans.
- Ensure timely order status reporting, monitoring project actual costs against estimates.
- Maintain project registers and files.
- Provide input for proposals, quotes and clarifications.
- Coordinate client visits to facilities required.
- Support RMA system
- End of month reports and presentations
Essential requirements
- Basic manufacturing, planning and supply chain experience.
- Proficient in MS software applications.
- Preferably a background in oil/gas/energy industry
