Project Co-ordinatorTemp | £12.50 - £15.40 p/h

Our client has an exciting opportunity within the Projects group for a Project Co-ordinator with manufacturing, planning and supply chain experience to coordinated projects and provide interface between customers and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Project co-ordinate assigned orders and liaise with internal departments and customers.
  • Provide assistance with creation of project plans.
  • Ensure timely order status reporting, monitoring project actual costs against estimates.
  • Maintain project registers and files.
  • Provide input for proposals, quotes and clarifications.
  • Coordinate client visits to facilities required.
  • Support RMA system
  • End of month reports and presentations

Essential requirements

  • Basic manufacturing, planning and supply chain experience.
  • Proficient in MS software applications.
  • Preferably a background in oil/gas/energy industry
