 Sales Administrator

Location: Stroud

Salary- £25,000-£28,000

Hours- Monday-Friday circa 8.30am-5pm

Contract Type: temporary with the view to go permanent

My Stroud  based client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer  service and innovative solutions their growing customer base. They have a new opportunity for a sales administrator  to join their team on a full time temporary  basis with the potential to go permanent.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries, processing orders and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Providing quotes and product information
  • Coordinate scheduling with customers
  • Liaising with the internal team to co ordinate jobs
  • Follow up with associated admin/invoices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally with administration experience 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be polite, professional and motivated to do well.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
