What you’ll do:
- Coordinate assigned projects and act as the key contact between internal departments and customers.
- Assist in the creation of detailed project plans.
- Monitor costs and provide timely updates on order status.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Support the team with quotes, proposals, and customer clarifications.
- Organize and coordinate client visits to facilities.
- Prepare end-of-month reports and presentations.
About you:
- Experience in manufacturing, planning, or supply chain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in oil, gas, or energy industries is preferred.
