Project Coordinator - Stroud

Business Need / Purpose of Role:

Work within the Projects group within the Contracts department coordinating assigned projects providing an interface between Customers and the Company.

Objectives:

  • Project co-ordinate assigned order.
  • Liaise with all internaldepartments regarding assigned orders.
  • Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding assigned orders.
  • Provide assistance with the creation of Project Plans for communication and control throughout Project.
  • Ensure timely Order Status reporting.
  • Improve current status reporting format in liaison with Client/companypersonnel.
  • Assist with monitoring Project actual costs against estimates.
  • Maintain Project registers and files.
  • Provide input for major Proposals, Re-Quotes, Clarifications, Change Orders.
  • Identify and support process and system improvements.
  • Co-ordinate client visits to Bentley facility.
  • Maintain client visits to their facilities as required.
  • Continue to support RMA system.
  • On time end month reporting & presentations.

Education and/or Experience:

  • MS software applications (Projects, Power Point, Word, Excel etc.), commercial, numerical, analytical,
  • Preferably Oil / Gas / Energy industry experience.
  • Basic manufacturing, planning, supply chain experience.
