Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their established Contracts Team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and customer relations for critical projects in engineering and manufacturing sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project management with a supportive, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager and co-ordinate assigned orders from start to finish.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to keep projects on track.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project plans.
  • Monitor project costs against estimates and improve reporting formats.
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting and presentations.
  • Help identify and implement process and system improvements.

About You:

  • A background in project coordination, sales administration, or document control (experience in engineering, manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
